Club Re-Affiliation for 2016 

All affiliated clubs are reminded that they need to re-affiliate by 31 December 2015 to ensure their insurance remains valid.

 

Club Management System

If your club has previously affiliated, please login using the Club Management system by clicking here 

 

You can either pay online, or you can print off the invoice and return it to British Triathlon, with a cheque made payable to British Triathlon.  Please check the information in your club area to make sure the right contact information is provided and that the information on your club sessions is up-to-date. 

 

The registration deadline (receipt of payment) for your club to remain insured through British Triathlon is Thursday 31st December 2015.

 

What are the benefits for a club to affiliate?

- Your club members get a discount when they join Welsh Triathlon

- Directors and Officers Public Liability Insurance.

- Public liability insurance of £10 million* to cover all club training sessions, activities, meetings, social activities and triathlon, duathlon and related multisport events.

(*All training, coaching and events must be organised and delivered in line with current British Triathlon guidelines and events must be permitted via the British Triathlon permitting process).

- The club can count on support from Welsh Triathlon to help with developing the club and getting access to coaching courses.  The Development Manager can also help if your club is looking to organise or develop club events. 

- Listing on the British Triathlon and Welsh Triathlon website, to attract new members.

 

Affiliation Fees

Fees are paid annually and run from 1 January (or when payment has been cleared) to 31 December each year:

- £105 for Adults or Adults and Junior Clubs

- £87.50 for Juniors Only Clubs
