The event is for junior triathletes with disabilities and is a great opportunity to get involved in the fastest growing paralympic sport.
Junior Paratriathlon: 7th September 2014 @ 9.00am at Chesham Leisure Centre
Swim/Bike/Run
5-8 Years Old - 50m/800m/400m
9-10 Years Old - 50m/1000m/800m
11-12 Years Old - 100m/2000m/1200m
13-14 Years Old - 150m/3000m/1600m
15-18 Years Old - 200m/3000m/1600m
There is full flexibility for all athletes and there is an option of changing the distances or not doing all three parts.
The event consist of a swim in a 25m indoor pool, followed immediately by a cycle on grass around the perimeter of a school field and finishing with a run around a 400m grass track.
All participants will receive a medal and a goodie bag!
Entry into the event is FREE, but if athletes would like to get sponsored for taking part, sponsorship forms are available on the website.
