The North Regional Development Academy will be holding an open training day on Sunday 30th November 2014 at Llandegla One Planet Adventure MTB Trail centre. 09:30 MTB skills
12:00 Lunch (athletes to bring own food, there is an excellent cafe on site that does hot and cold food and drink)
13:30 Orienteering
15:00 Introduction to training diary
16:00 Athletes depart
