Open training session on 16th November 2014
The South Regional Development Academy open training day
The South Regional Development Academy will be holding an open training day on Sunday 16th November 2014 at Maindy Leisure Centre, Cardiff. The training day is for Youth and Junior athletes only and will consist of cycle and run training on the track, a talk on winter training and a swim session. Programme
9.30am – 11.30am Track so please bring cycle and run gear (weather appropriate).
11.30am – 1pm Food and lecture on winter planning/programmes
1pm – 2.30pm Swim session
2.30pm -3.30pm Coaches Forum.

A coaches forum focusing on TriStar, Youth and Junior development will be held after the training day. Coaches that are interested in attending should contact the Performance Development Coach, Rich, by email - richbrady@welshtriathlon.org.
