Congratulations to our Workforce Award winners
Welsh Triathlon opened up their Workforce Award Nominations for 2014 in August. This was open to all Welsh Triathlon members and also promoted via Twitter and Facebook. This year there were 4 categories to vote for;
• Coach of the Year
• Event of the Year
• Official of the Year
• Volunteer of the Year
We received nominations in each category, except for ‘Official of the Year’.
The chosen winners were selected based purely on the nomination form sent in and judged by a panel consisting of both internal and external parties.
Welsh Triathlon is proud to announce and congratulate the winners of the following categories;
Winner of Event of the Year 2014
TriExercise Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon, 28th June 2014 run by Pembrokeshire Triathlon Club
Winner of Coach of the Year 2014
Anthony Dally of Taff Ely Triathlon club
Winner of Volunteer of the Year 2014
Andy Deans of Cardiff Triathlon Club
Winners will receive their award at the Welsh Triathlon Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 18th November 2014 at 7pm in Sport Wales, Cardiff.
