Welsh Triathlon National Championship Tender Process for 2016 Season - now open!
Welsh Triathlon is pleased to invite bids from Event Organisers to host their National Championship Events for the 2016 season.
The annual bidding process gives event organisers of permitted or sanctioned triathlons, duathlons and aquathlons, the opportunity to host Welsh Triathlon National Championship Events.
The following Welsh Triathlon National Championships are included in the bidding process:
Sprint Distance Triathlon
Standard Distance Triathlon
Middle Distance Triathlon
Sprint Distance Duathlon
Aquathlon
Cross Duathlon (mountain biking and cross country running)
Club Relay Triathlon
The closing date for applications is 09.00 on Monday 9 October 2015.
Athlete Eligibility for Welsh Triathlon National Championship Events
The National Championship events are open to all athletes, but only Welsh Triathlon members will be eligible for the National Championship Medals and trophies.
Details of the National Championship events for 2016 will be posted on our website once agreements have been signed with the Event Organisers.
