This is a popular event that has been held in the beautiful Dovey valley for a number of years. The bike stage is an undulating fast out and back course up the valley to the village of Cemmaes Road. The run will follow a cycle path out of the town and turn onto a minor road which returns alongside the golf course back into the town and through the Plas gates for a rewarding finish at the Leisure Centre.
