Event Quality Mark
The Event Quality Mark scheme is designed to provide a quality assurance standard for events, as well as providing a useful resource for new and established events alike.
In order for an event to become accredited they must demonstrate and provide evidence that their event, meets all set criteria.
Currently there are 70 events working through the three levels of the Quality Mark. Benefits to an athlete entering Quality Marked events are:
- Guarantee of minimum operating standards in:
- Safety
- Athlete Provision
- Event Organisation
- Facilities
- Officiated event (fairness)
- Recognized by local safety groups
- Events committed to continual development
- Engagement with national governing body

By signing up to the scheme, organisers are taking the first step towards demonstrating that their event is one of high quality and provides an advanced level of athlete experience.
