However you're feeling, it can be great to express yourself and do things you enjoy. Take your mind off things with games, advice or find new ways to handle your emotions. And all in your handy toolbox.
What to do if you are worried
All sport is brilliant, but sometimes it is spoilt by people who do or say things that hurt or frighten you. You may feel like you have no one to talk to; no one will listen or believe what you say. British Triathlon wants to stop this from happening and make sure you understand there is someone that is there to listen.
If someone is bullying or abusing you, it is important that you, make a note of who saw what happened and shout NO! to draw attention to any adults that are running the training and tell someone you know and trust. This can be scary but it's not your fault. It's better to make someone aware of what is happening so they can help to solve it.
Who will listen to me?
You can speak to someone that you know and trust, this could be your Parents/Carers, your teacher, your Club Welfare Officer or your Coach, they will listen. If your are not comfortable speaking to someone you know and trust, you can talk to someone from Childline on 0800 11 11 or visit Childline's Website or you can contact the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000 or visit the NSPCC Website.
