The Welsh Triathlon Annual General Meeting will be held on 21st November at Sport Wales, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff CF11 9SW commencing at 7.30pm.  All members are invited to attend.

Members are asked to submit resolutions to be included on the Agenda of the meeting to the Company Secretary by Wednesday 31st October.

Similarly,  Members who would like to propose someone for appointment as a Director under Section 28.5 of the Articles of Association need to give notice of their intention to do so, ideally by Wednesday 31st October so the proposal can be included on the Agenda, but by Wednesday 7th November at the latest.

The Agenda for the meeting together with details of how to vote by proxy will be circulated to all Members on Thursday November 1st .
