Welsh Triathlon is looking to appoint a Development Manager

 

Job Vacancy – Development Manager Welsh Triathlon (full time) Salary band £22,500 to £25,000 + Pension + Company Car + Other Benefits      

Location: Cardiff but with extensive travel throughout Wales

British Triathlon in partnership with Welsh Triathlon, and the Sports Council of Wales is looking to appoint a full time Development Manager for Welsh Triathlon based at its headquarters in Cardiff.

Welsh Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Wales and one of the three Home Nation members of the British Triathlon Federation.

This is a high profile role to lead and manage the development of the sport throughout Wales to increase membership, improve the club infrastructure, improve the quality and quantity of events and develop our volunteer workforce. You will need experience of sport development and working with volunteers and be able to create effective relationships with a diverse stakeholder group.  

This is an exciting time for Welsh Triathlon and we believe this role will help promote growth and development of multisport in Wales. A detailed job description and person specification are attached.
