Salary £3,000 per annum (30 days per year)
Welsh Triathlon is looking to appoint two Regional Developments Coaches, one responsible for North Wales and the other for South Wales. This is a unique opportunity, following a home Olympics, to join a medal winning, fast growing, modern and dynamic sport as we aim to recruit new participants into triathlon over the next four years.
This varied and exciting role will involve all aspects of coaching, managing and delivery of the Regional Development Academy programme. The Regional Development Coach will work with the Performance Development Coach and other Regional Development Coaches to promote and create a performance development structure within their region.
Applicants will be a qualified to Level 2/3 British Triathlon coach have proven experience coaching young athletes, the athlete long term development and have good knowledge of triathlon’s performance standards.
Hours of work 30 days a year.
