Welsh Triathlon are recruiting for a Performance Programme Coordinator to deliver quality organisational and administrative support to the Welsh Triathlon performance & pathway programmes.
Working alongside Welsh Triathlon’s Pathway Head Coach and Performance Head Coach and acting as a liaison between the Performance, Development and Operation teams, this exciting role has arisen as a result of the success of the performance and pathway programmes within Welsh Triathlon.
Welsh Triathlon works with the other Home Nations of British Triathlon (Triathlon England and Triathlon Scotland), to oversee all aspects of multisport activity within their respective countries. Welsh Triathlon’s performance team operate three programmes; National Triathlon Performance Centre Wales (NTPCW), Welsh Triathlon Academy (WTA) and Next Generation Cymru (NGC).
