Welsh Triathlon is looking to appoint an Office Administrator based at their headquarters in Cardiff.  This is a unique opportunity following a home Olympics to join a medal winning, fast growing, modern and dynamic sport as we aim to recruit new participants into triathlon over the next four years. 

 

This varied and exciting role will involve all aspects of office administration, including providing day to day contact with the membership and administrative support in key areas.  The Office Administrator will work alongside the General Manager, Development Manager and the Performance Development Coach to help promote, support and deliver triathlon and related multisport within Wales.

 

Applicants will have proven experience of maintaining and implementing effective and efficient administrative systems alongside good written verbal and electronic communicative skills.

 

Hours of work will be 25 per week, worked over 5 days.
