Hi, my name’s Morgan and I have been a volunteer on the Welsh Triathlon Business Management sub group for the last 7 months.

In this role, I have been able to contribute to discussions with the team around the commercial management side of Welsh Triathlon. Volunteering gives people the opportunity to contribute to sports, hobbies, special causes, charity’s and other groups that they care about in some way.

They also often play a big role in helping organisations achieve big goals. For me, volunteering at welsh tri enables me to contribute and give back to a sport I am passionate about and hopefully contribute in some small way to helping welsh triathlon reach their goals and set new ones.

This role further increases my passion for triathlon and I’m looking forward to seeing Welsh Triathlon continue to grow over the next few years.
