Who?
- 11-17 years old as of 31st December 2022.
- No prior triathlon experience required but must be competent at swimming 400m continuously, unaided.
Activity & Aims
- Introduction/practise of open water swim skills (pool based) such as drafting, sighting and group swimming.
- Run drills and run session.
Any participant must be able to swim 400m continuously, unaided.
