Welsh Triathlon Events Update

In light of the current Coronavirus situation; in-line with the ITU, BTF and the Home Nations, Welsh Triathlon has decided to postpone the Welsh Super Series and National Championships until 2021. Individual events included in these may be continuing as planned.

BUCS Biathlon

On Saturday 7th March, athletes from NTPCW travelled across to Oxford for the first BUCS event of 2020, the Biathlon.

Monmouth sets to host 2020 Welsh Aquathlon Championships

Monmouth Triathlon Club will be the setting for the 2020 Welsh National Aquathlon Championship on Sunday 21st June and it will be the first river swim aquathlon to host a Welsh National Championship event.

Welsh Triathlon are delighted to announce that the Welsh Triathlon Super Series will return for a third season in 2020, and following on from the success of 2018 and 2019, next years’ event promises to be bigger and better.

Super Series Spectacular at Sandman

Saturday (14th September) saw the climax of the 2019 Welsh Triathlon Super Series at Newborough Beach on Anglesey as both Liam Lloyd and Hannah Munday ensured there were new names on the male and female titles, as well as the team competition.

Aberystwyth Junior Tritathlon Tristar Finale

There was a great turnout for Cerist Triathlon Club’s Aberystwyth Junior Triathlon, with 160 individuals and 10 relay teams entered this year, for the final stage of the Tristar series.
