Community
We are proud to offer community themed workshops as part of British Triathlon's Big Active Strategy and Welsh Triathlon Strategy where our purpose is to develop a triathlon community that enhances the well-being of current and future generations in Wales. This strategy was developed with the goal of creating a more diverse and inclusive triathlon community. Our Triathlon Community Activator Award aims to work alongside local communities, providing opportunities for individuals to get involved in the sport of triathlon through recruitment, training, and deployment. By working with local people in swim, bike, and run, we hope to build a stronger and more vibrant triathlon community. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in triathlon, regardless of their background or experience, and we are committed to making this a reality through our community themed Award.

Club
Our club themed Award seeks to develop a strong core of athletes and clubs to build a more inclusive triathlon community. Our goal is to offer enhanced support to affiliated clubs, providing them with the tools and resources they need to reach new audiences and grow participation within their clubs. Through our participation programmes, we aim to help clubs develop a more diverse profile of participants, ensuring that everyone has access to the sport of triathlon, regardless of their background or experience. We believe that by building a strong core of clubs and athletes, we can create a more vibrant and inclusive triathlon community, and we are committed to making this vision a reality through our club themed Awards and workshops.
