Welsh Triathlon are delighted to announce the athletes who will be competing for Wales at the 2023 Inter Regional Championships (IRC’s).

Taking place on the 9th & 10th September 2023 in Mallory Park, the Inter Regional Championships (IRC) event will bring together the best athletes from each of the ten English regions, Scotland and Wales. In the case of Wales, the team will represent Wales as a whole.

Athletes will compete across two days over a heats and finals format in aquathlon (TS2) or triathlon (TS3) followed by a mixed team relay.
