Welsh Triathlon had a fantastic day showcasing some of our entry level inclusive activities for adult and children at our Strategy Launch in Parc Bryn Bach on Sunday.

We were joined by the Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport, Dawn Bowden MS, the Head of Sport Neil Welch and the soon to be CEO Sport Wales Brian Davies.

The day was delivered by staff and volunteers from the triathlon community and supported by Directors from the Board, three of which were able to improve their open water skills in an early morning coached session and then to take part in a GoTri Aquathlon with a mixed group of seasoned triathletes and complete novices.

Two phrases capture the day 'delivered and enjoyed by the triathlon community' and 'inclusive and enjoyable'. Welsh Triathlon has made a great start to an ambitious Strategy.'
