Triathlon Background : Started in Tristars Welsh series 2016 (age 8) and competed ever since. 

2023 was my first year in the British Tri Super Series, finishing 11th overall, with three top 10 finishes. 

Best result/s :  3rd in Super Series Aquathlon eliminator, 7th in Mallory park Grand Final.  Also silver medallist in the British and Irish Mountain Running Championships 2023. 

Favourite thing about Triathlon :  Finishing.

Favourite race :  Mallory Park Super Series.

Favourite session : Aerobic run with friends and preferably a speaker

Non Triathlon Related Fact : Used to do ballroom dancing and collected strictly dresses.
