Triathlon Background : I did my first triathlon in 2016, but only started training properly in 2022. Before that I ran and swam separately just for fun. I won the Welsh series as a TS3 in 2019 and that made me want to become a professional triathlete. I came through Welsh Tri academy and then Next Gen Cymru after Covid.

Non-Triathlon related fact : My first language is Welsh and I drink at least 4 pints of chocolate milk a day!
