Triathlon Background : Originally was a swimmer but decided to give triathlon a go when I was 15!

Best result/s : Quateria ETC 2023- Wasn't my greatest result but was proud of my race. I sustained an injury the week of the race and was proud of my swim/bike performance considering the week leading up.

Favourite thing about Triathlon : The people you meet and the places you go!

Best thing about training at the centre : The people, everyone in the squad brings something to training.

Favourite race : Kitzbühel 

Favourite session : Beach Swim (Not at Barry)

Non-Triathlon related fact : I once saw a shark whilst doing an open water session back home!
