Welsh Triathlon have two packages to give away, so to be in with a chance of winning this extraordinary prize, you must complete the following:

1. Enter one of the Bala Big Bash Triathlon events (Team Relay, Bala Sprint or Bala Standard) by no later than 10:00pm on Tuesday 2^nd April 2019
   • Don’t worry if you have already entered Bala Big Bash you are still eligible but must complete the following steps
2. Reshare/retweet and like the post promoting the competition on either Facebook or twitter
3. As well as tagging three of your friends

The retreat will take place over the Easter break between the dates of 17^th and the 23^rd April and these dates are non-negotiable. You will need to find your own transport to Chateau De La Motte Henry. Retreat organisers are happy to help competition winners plan their journey, with regional airports such as Nantes, Rennes, Dinard and Angers nearby, as well as St, Malo, Le Havre and Caen ferry ports.
